Shipping Area

We currently ship orders exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the shipping carrier.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delivery Issues

Lua Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first contact your local postal service. If issues persist, contact us at info@luahairbeauty.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Return & Refund Policy


All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety standards in the beauty industry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped and received, even if the product is unopened.


Damaged or Defective Products

We take pride in the quality of our products and the care we take in packing every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@luahairbeauty.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging


We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement item at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to availability.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Lua Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location. If your package is lost in transit, contact us so we may assist you with filing a claim.


Refunds

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or allergic reactions. Please review all ingredients listed on the product page before purchasing. Our products are made with natural ingredients and results may vary by individual.
